Affiliated Students

If you have already completed a BA or BSc degree at another institution you may be considered an affiliated student. In this case you would probably start in the second year of the course, and your course would last 2 rather than 3 years. However, not everyone who has done a first degree can be considered for an affiliated place, so check with us before applying. In particular, Cambridge BA (Hons) graduates cannot be candidates for honours.

How to apply

Applicants are required to complete an UCAS application online.
>Visit the UCAS website
The deadline for this application is October 15th in the year before you want to begin the course. Applicants from a country outside the EU will also need to complete a Cambridge Overseas Application Form (COAP) as well as a UCAS application. This is the same procedure as for all overseas students.

Overseas Students

As well as a UCAS application all applicants living in a country outside the EU will need to submit a Cambridge Overseas Application Form (COAF). This is regardless of fee status or nationality. COAFs are available from Homerton Admissions Office, from the Cambridge Admissions Office, or from the Undergraduate Admissions website. The COAF should be completed and sent to Homerton, or to the Cambridge Admissions Office in the case of open applicants. The deadline for receipt of COAF is also October 15th, but, if an applicant wishes to be considered for interview as part of the University's interview schemes, COAFs must be received by the earlier deadline of September 20th. More information about the schemes can be found at >http://www.cam.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/international/apply.html
