Each Scholarship is worth £1,500 per annum for one year (MPhil/LLM courses) or three years (PhD courses). Awards are made on academic merit.

To be considered for an award, you must:

  • Name Homerton College as college of first choice on your university application form.
  • Be made an offer by University of Cambridge Graduate Admissions for your course and accepted by Homerton College for college membership.
  • Write to Dr Melanie Keene, Graduate Tutor, indicating your wish to be considered for an award, including a short statement (one page of A4) of your academic/research interests written for a non-specialist audience. A copy of your statement should also be copied to Kelly Collinwood, Graduate Administrator.
  • The deadline for applications for 2016-17 awards is Friday 26 May 2017.

Approximately half of the available awards will be reserved for existing (matriculated) undergraduate or graduate members of the College. Remaining awards are available to all applicants who fulfil the above conditions. The 2017-18 awards will be announced in early July 2017.
