These forms may be returned by email, fax or post.
*Please note that the Financial Undertaking Form should be uploaded to your CamSIS self-service account, as it is a condition of your University offer.

If you wish to apply for College accommodation, please read through the Guide to Accommodation first, before filling out the Accommodation Request Survey. You may also like to consult the Accommodation information pages, found on Homerton's online graduate prospectus.
We will begin to allocate College accommodation from 31st July onwards; allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order in which applicants meet their conditions of offer. Please note that we are unable to allocate rooms to applicants who have not yet had their admissions confirmed, nor can we reserve rooms before the admissions process is complete.
Please detail any special or medical requirements of which the College should be aware at the end of the accommodation survey.
Further information regarding College Registration and arrival will be made available in our Registration mailing sent in August/early September to your preferred email address.
