Andre Neves

André A. Neves is a postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Research Institute and an Honorary Member of the Department of Biochemistry.

André graduated in Biochemical Engineering from Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal, having worked in the pharmaceutical industry before coming to the UK.  He received his PhD from Darwin College, Cambridge, in 2004 and was later a Research Associate in the group of Professor Kevin Brindle.

His research interests lie on the interface between biological and medical sciences, with a particular focus on new imaging methods to improve surveillance, diagnosis and response to therapy in cancer.
