The Kate Pretty Lecture 2021

The 2021 Lecture will be given by Luke Syson, Director of the Fitzwilliam Museum, at 6 pm on Thursday 20 May. Entitled Why does a University need an art collection? Making the most of the Fitzwilliam in Cambridge, Luke's talk will demonstrate how the urgent issues of today can be explored through the art and material culture of the past, giving the museum's collections a new power.
