This task should be completed by all Offer Holders unless a passport scan has already been provided to Homerton College e.g. as part of a fee status assessment and/or to meet visa requirements.

For identity purposes we need to receive a passport scan from each offer holder. If you do not have a valid passport you can submit a scan of a provisional or full driver's license. If you do not have a passport or driver's license please contact the admissions office for further guidance. Please follow the below instructions to send a scan of your passport:

1) Ensure you have a clear scan of your passport which shows your name, date of birth and photo ID. All scans must be in colour.

2) Save this scan as a PDF. For further guidance on creating a PDF scan of your passport please see under the FAQs on this page.

3)  Drag and drop your PDF file to the section on this page

4) Click 'Submit' to submit your file

FAQ

Q. How do I create PDF files to upload?

A.

How to create PDF files

If you need help creating your PDF file, instructions can easily be found on the internet. We've included some useful examples below (please note these sources are external to the University):

Further suggestions include using CamScanner to do this, if you have access to a mobile phone. It is an app that turns a mobile phone into a scanner and allows you to save the image as a pdf which you can then email to the College, as instructed. Alternatively, you could take a photo of your document, insert it into a Word or other text document, save it as a pdf and email it to the College, as instructed. Please always make sure that the documents are clear, the right way up and all the information is readable.
