College Porter

Hours:                  full time – averaging 37 hours per week on rotating shift pattern

Salary:                  £27,980

 

The Role

We have a great opportunity to join a well-established and friendly team.

Our Porters' Lodge is the hub of the College, where staff, students and visitors receive assistance, information and direction.  It is a vibrant and dynamic environment. The main duties include reception, security, student discipline, fire safety, mail and parcels. 

We are looking for a reliable, committed team player, with good interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position, working an average of 37 hours per week. The Porters’ Lodge is covered 24/7, working a 2-2-2 shift rota (2 x 06:45 - 15:15; 2 x 14:45 - 23:15; 2 x 22:45 - 07:15; 4 x rest)
