Dinner with a Leader: Josh Mynott

Changemakers are delighted to be hosting Josh Mynott at this Dinner with a Leader.

Josh Mynott is Chief of Staff at Lancashire County Council. He has over 25 years' experience working in local government, principally in governance and democracy, and has worked closely with local politicians of all parties.

His primary interests are local democratic accountability and the relationship between national and local government, and was instrumental in the establishment of the Lancashire Combined County Authority, the first step on Lancashire's devolution journey.

Josh believes that, with Local Government Reorganisation and devolution high on the new government's agenda, there has never been a better opportunity for local government to shape the national debate.
