This inspiring session will be delivered by Tara Fennessy, Managing Director of Leadership Skills Training, the award-winning bespoke leadership development consultancy. Her debut book - The Leadership WOW Factor - won her 'Best International Leadership Development Coach'. Having run bespoke leadership development programs globally with clients including Tesco, EY, Accenture, Lactose, and JCB, her style is described as ''Tough Tara Love'.
In this interactive, real, and energetic training session, Tara will share with you tips, tools, and techniques to get you into the top 5% of presenters and speakers. The first half of the session will focus on tips on content, structure, and getting your message across whilst avoiding the big 3 mistakes most speakers and presenters make. Tara will share a template that she guarantees you can use for the rest of your career in ways that can influence and impart change. In the second half, she will coach you on the 5Ps of great delivery and share with you 3 techniques for impromptu speaking so that you can have an impact anytime, anywhere!
