Homerton's Wellbeing Week is nearly here...

and it's time...to...pause.

A Cambridge term is intense and demanding, and it's easy to find it all a bit overwhelming. We're encouraging the Homerton community to take Week Five as an opportunity to rest, reflect and renew, and to take advantage of the varied calendar of events designed to support a focus on wellbeing.

Running in College and online from 4-11 November, the week's activities range from a poetry walk and a book group, to a discussion on imposter syndrome and an introduction to practical volunteering.

Students and staff can sign up for as many events as they like, though numbers are limited for some activities.

We hope that the week's programme will provide ways for people to connect with each other, to reflect on the relationships between mental and physical health, and to prioritise and nurture the wellbeing of our whole community.
