International Day of Women and Girls in Science

To mark International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we spoke to four Homerton Fellows about how their interest in science developed, the extraordinary directions it has taken them in, and how they would advise young women considering careers in science today. From analysing viruses to detecting cosmic strings; managing diabetes in children to developing new forms of energy conversion, they add daily to the sum of human understanding of our world, and beyond.
