Dr. Michael B. Geeson
Mike is a Research Associate in the Department of Chemistry and is discovering ways to chemically modify biological molecules such as proteins and RNA, with a view to understanding fundamental and disease-associated biological processes. Prior to arriving at Homerton, Mike completed a PhD with a focus on the chemistry of phosphorus and found new reactions for incorporating phosphorus atoms into new chemical entities.
Mike currently teaches courses in the Department of Chemistry on inorganic and organic chemistry.
