Making changes to your exam entries

Your offer letter outlines any specific academic conditions that apply to you.

In addition, for undergraduate offer holders, on page one of the letter, it states the following under Terms and Conditions:

1. 'Unless otherwise specified, you must complete all the qualifications outlined in your UCAS application and obtain the specific results listed below by 31 August of this year. Please note that this date may be revised should the expected timetable of announcement of results be delayed: if this is the case, we will let you know of any revised date. Unless explicitly specified, these results are required from the qualifications you listed as not yet completed. If you propose to vary any of the information in the “qualifications not yet completed or certificated” section of your UCAS application, you are required to inform both UCAS and the College with full details by 30 April of this year. Any variation of the requirements listed above must be agreed and confirmed in writing by the College'.

Please ensure to liaise directly with your school about this as well, to check what is possible and that you will meet any requirements they have.

If you are a Foundation Year offer holder and propose to vary any of the information in the 'qualifications not yet completed or certificated' section of your UCAS application, please contact the Admissions Office as soon as possible.

How to inform the College?
1. Send an email to the Admissions Office informing us of the subjects you are currently studying, what your academic condition is, and what changes you would like to make to your currrent exam entries. Please include the following information in the subject line of your email:
