STEP Resources
As we have made you an offer that includes particular grades in STEP, we thought it would be a good idea to ensure that you know where to find relevant information about the content of the exam and sources of support.
- The University runs a STEP support programme. This free online STEP Support Programme is offered by the University of Cambridge to help university applicants develop their advanced mathematical problem-solving skills and prepare for STEP mathematics exams.
- STEP is administered by OCR where you can find the specification for the papers and view past STEP papers
- The Mathematics faculty has its own pages about STEP. The booklet, "Advanced Problems in Mathematics", by Stephen Siklos is particularly useful. You might also benefit from looking at some of the other resources on his website, including the past papers. There is also a link there to the NRich website which has excellent resources.
