Homerton has its very own steel pan drumming society and band. The band usually rehearses once a week, with the help of Sue Graham, learning a range of songs from Christmas classics to pop songs and movie soundtracks. Throughout the year the band plays at small college events and larger events in May Week, like garden parties and May balls. Everyone is welcome to join, with no prior specific or music experience required.
