Once a Homertonian, always a Homertonian
Homerton has around 70 fellows, 600 undergraduate students, 800 graduate students and over 21,000 alumni
We believe in fostering a distinctive educational experience that combines academic excellence with personal development and community engagement. Our approach emphasises inclusivity, innovation and intellectual curiosity. We provide a supportive environment where students from all backgrounds can thrive, develop their talents, and pursue their ambitions with confidence.
In the Development Office, we help alumni maintain relationships with the College by hosting events and sharing news. We are responsible for fundraising, which is vital to the College as it enables us to enhance the student experience, support academic excellence, and preserve its historic fabric for future generations. Through the generosity of alumni, friends, and supporters, Homerton can provide bursaries and scholarships to ensure that talented students from all backgrounds can access a Cambridge education, regardless of their financial circumstances. Fundraising also supports innovative research projects, teaching facilities, and wellbeing services that enrich Homerton College life. Additionally, it helps maintain and improve our beautiful buildings and grounds, ensuring that the College remains a welcoming and inspiring environment. By fostering a strong culture of philanthropy, we can strengthen the bonds between past, present, and future members of the Homerton community, creating a lasting legacy of opportunity and achievement.
