If you are doing essay competitions, you may have to use Google Scholar to find complex arguments that support your points.These papers can also act as great super-curriculars if you’re able to read them fully and understand them fully too. 

  • Look out specifically for articles from the main Economics journals (as Google Scholar is a massive place to explore!), for example: 
    • The American Economic Review.
    • Econometrica. 
    • The Quarterly Journal of Economics.
    • Journal of Political Economy (great to pique one’s interest in Paper 4, i.e. Politics). 
    • Journal of Economic Growth
